PAYMENT
FOR THE ONLINE STORE Fontclara accepts the payment methods of:

SECURITY BUYER PROTECTION
We guarantee that each of the transactions carried out on www.fontclara.es is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. www.fontclara.es uses a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socked Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.
Likewise, your credit card data is not recorded in any database but goes directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
Additionally, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). This way, if you are the holder of a “secured” card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card in our store.
In the event that your card is not a member of this payment system, www.fontclara.es will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to clients with previously demonstrated seniority and reliability.
In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card. VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and www.fontclara.es will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the user in the order form. In the case of a change of address, the resulting reshipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
The order placed will be sent through the courier companies contracted by Fontclara as long as the user's payment obligation is verified.
The merchandise will be delivered within a maximum period of 5 working days for destinations on the peninsula. Once the order leaves the facilities, the customer will be informed by email.
The product will be delivered in perfect condition, to the address indicated by the user.
AVAILABILITY
In the event that a product is not in stock at the time of shipment, Fontclara will inform the customer of the approximate date on which they will receive the product.
PRICE
All prices include VAT applicable to each product.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
The customer can exercise their right of withdrawal during 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, by filling out the following form Model withdrawal form. Our main guarantee is the customer's total satisfaction with our products, so if, once received, it does not meet your expectations or it was simply an error, you will have 14 calendar days to make the return, counting these days. from the day the order was received.
To exercise this right, the returned products must be in perfect condition and with their initial packaging.
Transportation costs incurred by returning the order will be borne by the user.
The processing of the return or cancellation of the order will be carried out via email info@fontclara.es indicating all the information of the order, and the reason.
The refund of the order will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the user, within 14 calendar days, once the order has been received and its status has been checked.
Summary of the return procedure:
– Contact Fontclara through info@ fontclara.es must return the order within 7 calendar days, indicating all the order information and reason.
– If accepted, the user will be provided with the delivery address of the merchandise.
– Once the returned merchandise is received, it is verified that the box and the product are in perfect condition, they are the same as the delivery, without any damage, and with their original packaging and label.
– Finally, the refund will be processed to the client, to the account number indicated by the client.
