Fontclara accepts the following payment methods for its online store:
– VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
– Bank transfer

SECURITY AND BUYER PROTECTION
We guarantee that every transaction made on www.fontclara.es is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. www.fontclara.es uses a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security technology. All information you send us travels encrypted across the network.

Furthermore, your credit card details are not stored in any database but go directly to the bank's POS (Point of Sale) terminal.
In addition, we would like to inform you that, in an effort to provide greater security for credit card holders, we have incorporated the secure payment system known as CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. Therefore, if you hold a "secured" card, you can always make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.

If your card is not enrolled in this payment system, www.fontclara.es will only accept VISA or MASTERCARD credit card payments from customers with a proven track record of reliability.

In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code, which corresponds to the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD. This provides greater security for the transaction.

Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and www.fontclara.es will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the user on the order form. In the event of a change of address, any resulting reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the user.

The order will be shipped via courier services contracted by Fontclara, provided that the user's payment obligation has been verified.

Merchandise will be delivered within a maximum of 5 business days for destinations within the Iberian Peninsula. Once the order leaves our facilities, the customer will be notified by email.

The product will be delivered in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user.

AVAILABILITY
In the event that a product is not in stock at the time of shipment, Fontclara will inform the customer of the approximate date on which they will receive the product.

PRICE
All prices include the applicable VAT for each product.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving their order by completing the following withdrawal form: [Sample Withdrawal Form]. Our primary guarantee is complete customer satisfaction with our products. Therefore, if, upon receipt, an order does not meet your expectations or if there has simply been an error, you have 14 calendar days to return it, starting from the day the order was received.

To exercise this right, returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns or cancellations must be processed via email to info@fontclara.es, including all order details and the reason for the return.

The order refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account specified by the user within 14 calendar days of receiving the order and verifying its condition.

Summary of the return procedure:
– Notify Fontclara of the order return via info@fontclara.es within 7 calendar days, indicating all order details and the reason for the return.
– If accepted, the user will be provided with the return shipping address.
– Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will verify that both the box and the product are in perfect condition, identical to the original delivery, undamaged, and with their original packaging and labels.
– Finally, the refund will be processed to the customer's bank account.
