Fontclara accepts the following forms of payment for the online store:

– Bank transfer

We guarantee that each of the transactions carried out at www.fontclara.es is 100% secure.

All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. www.fontclara.es uses a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Also, your credit card data is not recorded in any database but goes directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway.

In this way, if you are the holder of a "secured" card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card in our store. In the event that your card is not adhered to this payment system, www.fontclara.es will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to customers with proven seniority and reliability.

In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card. VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.

Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and www.fontclara.es will bring legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the user in the order form.

In the case of change of address, the expenses incurred in re-delivery derived are borne by the user. The order placed will be sent through the courier companies contracted by Fontclara as long as the user's obligation to pay is verified.

The merchandise will be delivered within a maximum period of 5 working days for destinations in the peninsula.

Once the order leaves the facilities, the customer will be informed by e-mail. The delivery of the product will be made in perfect condition, at the address indicated by the user.

In the event that a product is not in stock at the time of shipment, Fontclara will inform the customer of the approximate date on which the product will be received.

All prices include VAT applicable to each product.

The client can lift his right of withdrawal during the 14 calendar days from the reception of the order, by filling in the following form Model of withdrawal form.

Our main guarantee is the total satisfaction of the customer with our products, so that if, once received, it does not meet your expectations or it has simply been an error, you will have 14 calendar days to make the return counted from these days. from the day the order was received. To exercise this right, the returned products must be in perfect condition and with their initial packaging.
The transport costs caused by the return of the order will be borne by the user.

The processing of the return or cancellation of the order will be carried out via email info@fontclara.es indicating all the data of the order, and the reason.

The refund of the order will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the user, within 14 calendar days, once the order has been received and its status has been verified.

Summary of the return procedure:
– Notify Fontclara through info@ fontclara.es before 7 calendar days the return of the order, indicating all the data of the order and reason.
– If accepted, the user will be provided with the delivery address of the merchandise.
– Once the returned merchandise is received, it is verified that the box and the product are in perfect condition, they are the same as when they were delivered, without any damage, and with their original packaging and label.
– Finally, the refund will be processed to the customer, to the account number indicated by the customer.
